I did with this company the Everest Base Camp Trek, we were two people and we can affirm this was an incredible experience. You can plan all the trek with the company by mail, choosing stages and stops on the trail. We had a fantastic guide (Pasang Dorge Sherpa) and porter (Ang Kami) who helped us during all the trek. The guide start with you from kathmandu and you have to pay his flight but the porter started from lukla. I thing you will lost 50% about your experience without guide and porter and without entering in contact with sherpa people. The agency is located on the second floor of a building under reconstruction, it's not so easy to find!

6 day Punhill treck-Well organised and beautiful route
I did the treck after being recommended Raj and his agency by a friend, everything went very well. His staff helped me pick the trip we went for based on my requests, they were flexible and helpful, providing us with the right equipment and tips. Raj met us over dinner to go over details and then called to check up on us during the treck, we appreciated his attention to detail. Our porter-guide Dawa was attentive and knowledgeable, we felt very safe with him. Punhill Circuit is a great place to start for beginners like us, beautiful views, challenging enough to give us a taste for trecking and pretty sore muscles, but also comfortable and not too high up. We stayed in tea houses, most of them had attached bathrooms. Thank you to all the team!

Trekking with very good organizers that everytime become more friends
I know A1 Excursion now for more than 7 years and enjoyed various trekkings with this excellent travel agency. For most travellers at the beginning Nepal is exotic and a little strange but if you come to the A1 office you can feel this heartful welcome and from the first moment on you know that you are in the right hands with the right people. The organization is very good, the equipment is of good quality and you always get well thought answers to your questions and of course good advice, sometimes even before you ask the question - that´s perfect customer service! What I like most is the friendly and heartful way of beeing together with all the stuff-members, bosses, guides, cooks or porters. You can have an excellent time there and if you want to, you will make good friends :-)

Annapurna Circuit part I
I traveled to Nepal to enjoy the natural Beauty and solitude of the Himalayas. My guide Dawa was incredible and showed me trails that I would never have been able to find on my own. The paths he took me along enabled me to walk across and under waterfalls and along little traveled sections of trail. The monsoon season was upon us at this time but luckily Dawa and A1 were knowledgeable in their advice to rise and depart early. This enabled me to trek for 11 days without getting rained on once during my trek. It also made it possible for me to witness incredibly breathtaking views the Annapurna Range (which became covered by clouds as the day progressed at this time of year). Once we finally ascended to the Thorung La Pass we were so fortunate to have a perfect panorama of the surrounding peak.
Once I finished my trek my guide Dawa spent several hours showing me around Pokhura and after I returned Raj took me out in Kathmandu for the night where I was able to see the cultural side of the city that would never have been possible without Raj. I absolutely plan on returning to Nepal to do more treks in the future and will certainly be going through A1 to plan these treks. Thank you Raj, Dawa, and A1!

Annapurna round- Excellent Nepal Adventure
On my trip to Nepal, I got in touch with A1, and I cannot stress enough how wonderful, reliable and professional they had been. Everything was absolutely perfect and well planned, thanks to their advisable guides around the clock with lots of heart and humor. No matter if you go for hiking, trekking, mountain climbing, excursions, I perfectly recommend A1 to check out. I’m looking forward to coming back very soon.
