couldn´t be better, excellent guiding, utmost organization
Went with A1 Excursion to Upper Mustang for a trek of two weeks in November. I was more than surprised from the beginning of my adventure. Even arriving one day later as the rest of attendees I´ve been personally picked up from the airport by A1 (same for my departure, service level from an outstanding level).....
We´ve been guided trough an amazing nature from lovely guides, they spoke English very well and took care for all questions/remarks/lacks/comments/etc at any time. For the tiniest problem they´ve find a solution which made us happy at any time. Porters responsible for our luggage were more than reliable and guided us to find the best way - no matter what you need/ can manage - they´ve made the perfect decision.
Even every extra desire from us has been served accordingly. Being the first time on a trek like that, I´ve never felt lost or something like that, there was always someone taking care of me and the others.
From an organization perspective it couldn´t be better, flights have been booked in advance, all flights has been escorted to make sure we won´t run into problems, lodges were booked in advance, meals were prepared according our proposals.....every adjustment we´ve asked for - even an additional flight ha been fulfilled properly.
I guess it´s not necessary to comment on shills like being polite, friendly, reliable... The entire team exceeds that.
At the end of the day.....for everyone planning to go for a trek to Nepal I highly recommend A1 Excursion as your partner you can rely on.

A dream came true..!
I have fulfiled my dream and made a trekking tour through the former kindom "UpperMustang" in Himalaya/Nepal. In Upper Mustang you can still experience the traditional culture in the state of rapid change. I visited monasteries, temple complexes and I saw a lot of prayer flags, prayer mills, stupas, deep canyons and suspension bridges. The organizer from A1 Excursion Adventure Tours & Travels, Raj Thapa, made my trip really memorable. Raj was respectful, generous, kind and funny. All the nights were well planned. It felt like Raj knew everyone and he made sure to have double rooms instead of a common room every night. He was able to help us immediately with emerging issues. Often we stayed in the warm kitchen and some nights we danced spontaneously to typical nepalese music. The incredible views of the Himalaya mountains were amazing and highlights of my trip. Finally I have to say that it was a memorable experience for me. My dream came true. Thank you, Raj. Namaste

Great trip to Nepal
Hi, I would love to visit Nepal in 10 years already but I didn't have chance as I always busy . Then this year 2018 we want to visit Nepal, not waiting any more. We spent 2 weeks visited many places. If you love culture, wild nature Nepal is great place to experience. We were introduced from friend that "A1 Excursion" can take good care of us, bring us excellent experience in our trip. We had some changing in our plan as my knee not strong enough for hiking, mr Rajk organize everything and quick reaction, that's really nice, thanks a lot to mr Rajk. Other thing I would say, you can enjoy great food in Nepal, delicious, organic, tasty food. I would love to visit Nepal again when I have chance, and I would book our tour from A1 Excursion as we have good trip together and become good friend.

Excellent agency, tour guides and arrangements
We had a wonderful time in Nepal with this agency! They have knowledgeable tour guides, skilled carriers (sherpas) and a friendly manager who made extra efforts to accommodate any of our special requirements, wishes and needs. We wanted a tailor made 9-day tour that would match our limited time that we could spend in Nepal and the A1 Excursion agency did great. They actually exceeded my expectations. I had a great time and I can definitely recommend them.

An unforgettable trek to EBC
After quitting my job I decided to go to Nepal for some trekking. While researching about EBC I came across A1 excursion (Raj). They (Raj & team) made me feel at home, they made Nepal even more special and authentic. I had a 12-day trek to Everest Base Camp and it went so well! Everything from being in Kathmandu to my departure from Kathmandu was well cared for by Raj and his team. Sabina helped me with Kathmandu sightseeing. while my Guide Ang Kami gave info into Sherpa culture and landscape which we wouldn't know otherwise. It was one of the treks that will stay forever with me. Thanks, Raj for helping me out with all.

Hard to put into words- An impressive experience with A1 Excursion
Normally I am not the typical reviewer, but the trip and its travel guide are worth it.
From the beginning, we hiked sporty along the Budhi Gandaki from Soti Khola via Machhakhola, Jagat, Deng, Ghap, Lho, Sama, Samdo and Dharamsala from the valley up to the Larkya La Pass.
The further you get into the mountains, the further the transport routes and the logistics is more challenging. The travel group was always in good hands with the A1 team and tried everything to fulfill the special wishes of spoiled hikers... Ok, it could be, that I am was one of them ;-) With them you see nepal, nature and people, in their natural beauty.
In summary, I would always go back into the hands of Raj and his A1 team.
Thanks for all and that many more can have such beautiful moments togehter with you and your team.

Great Trip, great organizing!
I did the Manaslu-Track with A1 and felt very well cared for. I could walk my own pace, overnight stays were organized very well, food was great and the team was very friendly and helpful! I will come again!
